Shane has spent 15 years in technical sales across every major basin in North America. Before launching Well Repd in May 2024, he served as a Product Champion at Weatherford carrying frac plugs, liner hangers, and wellbore monitoring into operator conversations at every level of the buying chain.
He has sold every major oil company in the US. He knows how operators think, what engineers ask for, and how decisions actually get made in the field. Not in theory. From years of doing it.
Well Repd exists because manufacturers deserve a rep who shows up in person, speaks the language, and has the relationships already built. Shane is that rep. When you call, he picks up.

Alyssa manages inside sales, manufacturer communications, and day to day operations at Well Repd. Every client relationship that starts with a conversation eventually runs through her. That is not a support function. That is the backbone of how this company stays organized and responsive.
She handles manufacturer coordination, keeps pipelines clean, and makes sure no communication falls through the cracks. When Shane is in basin, Alyssa holds the line back at headquarters.
