Megan, his wife, keeps everything running as office manager and handles the administrative side that makes the whole operation work. Noah, their son, works alongside Shane in the field meeting clients and supporting technical applications. This is not a staffing arrangement. This is a family that is all in.

This industry runs on relationships and trust. Those things take years to build and one day to lose. Shane has spent 15 years building both. Every client engagement is personal. Every result matters.
